The first time I tried peanut soup I was hooked, and after tweaking the ingredients to my liking, this recipe is my peanutty gift to you. Spicy, sweet, and packed full of oomph, I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as me. Your heat-o-meter is the deciding factor on how spicy you make it, so if you want crank up the heat with more chilli flakes or fresh chillies, go for it.
